These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, content, and services that provide free quizzes and learning tools for assessing forex knowledge (collectively, the “Services”). 1) Who may use the Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
  • The Services are offered free of charge. We do not request trading account credentials and we do not provide personalized financial advice.

2) Accounts & security

  • Registration: Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
  • Credentials: Keep your login confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
  • Notifications: We may send you service announcements, security alerts, and administrative messages. You can manage non-essential emails in Settings → Notifications.
  • Closing your account: You may delete your account at any time (see “How to Cancel” on the site). Deleting is permanent and removes your quiz history as described in our Privacy Policy.

3) Educational-only; no financial advice

  • Information provided through ForexTests (including explanations, scores, and recommendations) is for educational purposes only and is not investment, trading, legal, tax, or financial advice.
  • You are solely responsible for any trading or financial decisions you make. We make no warranties about profitability, accuracy, or fitness of the content for your circumstances. forextests.com tests your knowledge in forex trading , we do not invite you to trade, we do not push you to trade and we do not send you trading signal .

4) Using the Services

You agree to use the Services lawfully and to not:

  • Cheate, game, or manipulate quizzes, leaderboards, or scoring (including using bots or unauthorized tools).
  • Copy, scrape, harvest, or bulk-download questions, explanations, or databases.
  • Reverse engineer, interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent security or rate limits.
  • Use the Services to develop or train competing test banks or commercial products without our written consent.
  • Upload or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates others’ rights.

We may monitor misuse and suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5) Content & intellectual property

  • Our content: The Services, site design, question banks, explanations, graphics, logos, and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. Except for the limited license below, no rights are granted to you.
  • Your license to use: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your individual learning.
  • User submissions/feedback: If you submit question suggestions, feedback, or other materials (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works from that content for operating and improving the Services. You represent that you have rights to submit such content.

9) Disclaimers
